18 December 2008 -- Here are results from the qualifying stage for the HP Surf Champ, the fifth and final leg of the Brazilian Surf Circuit that took place at Crab Island today (Sunday 14 December 2008), as announced by the Associação Brasileira de Surf no Second Life (Brazilian Second Life Surfing Association) or ABSSL. Competitors surfed sequentially for five minutes each in the qualifying round, the top six scorers going through to the contest semi-finals. Congratulations to Tico Bechir on winning the competition!
